| We understand the decision to hire a private investigator is an investment. Toward that effort, our company aims to be responsible stewards of our clients’ money.
Case Budgets: We can provide a budget to our clients for each assignment. The budget will detail items to be completed for the assignment with any associated cost. Investigators are held accountable for completing each assignment on time and within budget.
Scope of Work: It is important for our company to accurately understand the scope of each assignment. To this end, we will complete each investigation exactly as requested. This eliminates preventable billing.
Prorated Billing: Our investigators often travel to one location to complete several assignments. When this occurs, travel time and expenses are prorated across all assignments. Where appropriate, investigators are encouraged to manage their workloads in this manner to lower our clients’ costs. Sharing expenses is advantageous to all clients. Prorated time and expenses are clearly noted on invoices.
Work to be completed: Every report that our company produces includes a list of additional work to be completed. This communication between the investigator and client ensures that both parties are in agreement as to the remaining investigative items. If a client identifies work that is unnecessary or outside of budget constraints, then it can be stopped before being initiated.
AAA: A membership to the American Automobile Association is purchased for all investigators. These memberships help to secure lower travel rates, which are passed along to our clients. Additionally, it ensures that our investigators have the roadside assistance necessary when traveling. This can help eliminate costly delays on a remote assignment.
