1. We are PROFESSIONAL INVESTIGATORS. Investigating is what we do. Our investigators are licensed, well trained and experienced. We take pride in our work product. Our firm does not hire part-time or contract investigators who simply want to supplement their income.

2. We provide UNDISCOVERED INFORMATION. Our clients do not retain investigators to simply deliver information that they already know. They want answers to questions in order to assess liability and make informed decisions.

3. We believe that this is a PRODUCT INDUSTRY. While many of our competitors view the private investigation industry as a service, we disagree. The product is our investigative report. The information we obtain is submitted to our clients in a grammatically correct, detailed report. If we obtained information during an investigation that was not included in the final report, or the report was ambiguous, then we delivered a poor product.

4. We understand that we are the CLIENT REPRESENTATIVE. Investigators are often the face of the client in the field. They meet with many of the individuals involved in a claim, such as witnesses and law enforcement officers. It is important for an investigator to be professional, and courteous while working on behalf of the client. The reality is that a critical witness can be negatively affected as the result of a poor impression by an investigator.

5. We built our foundation on INTEGRITY. Our clients need to know that the information we obtained is reported without bias. Furthermore, clients should have no doubt that our invoices accurately reflect the amount of time and related expenses billed were fair and honest.
