Case Updates: Our investigators are encouraged to keep clients informed about the progress of each assignment and discovery of important information. While detailed reports are the culmination of our investigators’ findings, we recognize that timely communication of critical facts can alter the outcome of a case.

Case Management: Our Company appreciates the assignments that our clients provide. We recognize that our clients are busy managing their own workload. Thus, we can provide a monthly update to clients listing current assignments. The intent would be to provide a means for two-way communication regarding files.

Availability: We want our clients to feel like they can contact any investigator working on their behalf, at any time. Thus, cellular telephone numbers and e-mail addresses for the assigned investigator are provided to our clients upon receipt of any new cases.
